I cannot send/receive MMS with GSM 5G line
Updated by Mushfiq Rahman
First Steps
- Please make sure that the line is configured with an active text and a data plan. You can check this on your account’s dashboard.MMS messages can only be sent via cellular data, and not through Wi-Fi or an external Internet connection. For iPhones, multimedia messages can be sent via iMessages to other iOS devices using Wi-Fi, but not to Android devices.
- Please note that for an MMS, the attachment should not exceed 1 MB in size.
- Ensure that you have the latest software update.
