Where can I check my remaining Minutes, Text Messages and Data?

You can check your account balance on your online dashboard, in the US Mobile application, or using SMS codes. Here's how:

Online Dashboard

  1. Sign in to your account. You'll find yourself on your account dashboard.

  1. You can click on the card to see more details and update the look of the card.
  2. You can check the remaining minutes, texts, or data under the current cycle tab.

Here's how you can check usage on Shareable Data Plans.

  1. Navigate to 'All my pools' on the left pane

  1. Choose the pool, you'll be able to check total pool usage as well as usage on each line

You can also easily check your balance or add more talk, text, or data on the go just by simply texting us at +1(888)878-1488. Text “Balance” to get a text showing how much talk, text, and data remains.

If you are running low, you can also easily Top Up too. For example, Text Topup text 100mb to get 100 texts.

Topops through texts are only available on individual plans. They are NOT available on Shareable Data plans
