Can I return a phone I bought from US Mobile?

Yes you can, subject to certain conditions. Kindly revisit the Warranty and Refund policies below:

Return Policy

US Mobile will gladly issue a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Return items must be in brand new condition and contain all original manuals, cords, accessories and any other items included. Brand new condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the product and talk time is under 30 minutes.

US Mobile reserves the right to classify the condition of all return items. All merchandise is visually inspected for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all devices over $300. A flat $25 restocking fee will apply for all devices under $300.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after 14 calendar days. We appreciate your understanding.


All devices and OEM Accessories purchased from US Mobile come with a One-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the original date of purchase unless specified otherwise.

Kindly direct all warranty claims to the product manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is offered by the manufacturer only, not by US Mobile, and all claims are therefore subject to the warranty and return policy described by the manufacturer.
