US Mobile understands that purchasing the right phone can be the most important as well as duanting task for some people. There could be various reasons customers would want to return a phone purchased from US Mobile and we acknowledge those.
Some of these reasons could be that customers simply did not like the phone, its user interface and found it difficult to navigate through it. Other reasons could be that the customer thought the phone would be bigger as it appeared online, but it turns out they don't want this size anymore.
Each case is different, and customers are requested to reach out to us via chat, email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or by calling our helpline at 1-878-205-0088 so, we can help them return the phone in the easiest manner possible!
So the answer is Yes, you can, but please note that it is subject to certain conditions. Let's revisit the Warranty and Refund policies below:
US Mobile will gladly issue a refund for a phone purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the following conditions are met:
- Return items must be in brand new condition and contain all original manuals, cords, accessories, and any other items included. Brand new condition means no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the product, and talk time is under 30 minutes.
- US Mobile reserves the right to classify the condition of all return items. All merchandise is visually inspected for signs of wear and tear before the issuance of any refunds, exchanges, or credits.
- Customers can request a free return label for devices priced over $100. A flat $50 restocking fee will apply for all devices. Phone talk time must be under 30 minutes.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after 14 calendar days. We appreciate your understanding.
All devices and OEM Accessories purchased from US Mobile come with a One-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the original date of purchase unless specified otherwise.
Kindly direct all warranty claims to the product manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is offered by the manufacturer only and not by US Mobile, and all claims are subject to the warranty and return policy described by the manufacturer.
What is an RMA, and How do you request it?
As the name explains, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is a procedure where if a customer wishes to return the phone, they reach out to us via chat, email (email@example.com), or by calling our helpline at 878-205-0088. The support heroes will then confirm the above conditions mentioned, and if they are met, they send you an RMA form to fill. RMA forms require customers to fill in basic details about their purchase, and once it is filled out, further instructions are sent to the customer.
If ALL the above conditions are met, please request an RMA form via chat, or call our helpline at 1-878-205-0088.
Please note that you should submit the RMA form within 24 hours of receiving it. Once it is submitted, we will let you know if your return is eligible.
