Can I change my plan in the middle of the month?

You cannot change your base plan in the middle of the month. If you find yourself running low during a billing cycle, you can order additional talk, text, and data as needed. The remaining balance from Top Ups will roll over to the next cycle. If you would like to change the next month's plan here's how you can do it.

Changing your plan

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Click on the line that you would like to update the plan for
  3. Click on the blue ‘PAY MY BILL’ button.
  4. You will see the talk, text, and data option
  1. Your current plan will be selected. If you want to change your plan, choose the talk, text, and data that you would like to use moving forward. 
  2. Once you've built what you need, click ‘PAY MY BILL’ 
  3. After you complete the checkout, your new base plan will go into effect with the start of the new billing cycle.
