Note: If your LG Exalt LTE has VoLTE and no network restrictions on it, it should be compatible with our Warp 5G This phone is mostly not compatible with our GSM LTE SIM. We highly recommend to check the compatibility of your LG Exalt LTE phone with our Warp 5 SIM card by entering its IMEI here

How to turn Data Roaming off
- From the main screen, select Menu.Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
- Select Settings.
- Select Wireless & Networks.
- Select Cellular Networks.
- Select Data Roaming Access, and turn it OFF if its ON.
If Data roaming is switched off, the switch will be greyed out.
If your mobile data is turned off, the switch will be greyed out as well, and you won't be able to move the switch.
How to Check if you have Wi-Fi turned off and cellular data turned on
- Turn off Wi-Fi:
- From the main screen, select Menu.
Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.- Select Settings.
- Select Wireless & Networks.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Press the left soft key. to choose 'Turn off'.
- Turn on Mobile Data:
- From the main screen, select Menu.

- Select Wireless & Networks.
- Select Cellular Networks.
- Select Mobile Data then select an option: On.
How to Update the APN
- From the Home screen, press the OK key Menu.
- Press the Hashtag key Settings.
- Press the 2 key Wireless & Networks.
- From the Wireless & Networks menu screen, press the 6 key.
- Cellular networks to set various network settings.
- Press the 6 key Access Point Names Allows you to set up APNs for data service.
- Press the Menu button, you will find the Reset to Default and Add options.
How to Manually search for network
- From the main screen, select Menu.Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
- Select Settings.
- Select Wireless & Networks.
- Select Cellular Networks.
- Select Network operators then select an option: Search networks. Select Manual.
- If option to select US Mobile as network operator is available, choose it.
How to Turn OFF Wi-Fi calling
- From the main screen, select Menu.Note Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
- Navigate: Settings > Call settings > Wi-Fi Calling.
- Select Off.
How to Turn OFF Call forwarding
- Dial ##004# to turn off conditional call forwarding.
- Dial *73 to cancel call forwarding.
How to Make sure MMS / Group Messaging both are turned ON
- From the main screen, select MESSAGE.
- Select Options (left soft key).
- Select Messaging Menu.
- Select Settings (left soft key).
- Select Multimedia Auto Receive.
- Select On option and then select OK.
How to Setup Hotspot
- From the main screen, select Menu.Note Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
- Select Settings icon.
- Select Wireless & Networks.
- Select Tethering & Mobile Hotspot.
- Select Mobile Hotspot then press the left soft key to choose Turn on.
- Press the right soft key to choose Options then select an option: Setup Mobile Hotspot (will be in the options).Note: Mobile Hotspot must be on to access setup.
