What is a base plan?

What is a base plan?

Your base plan is the combination of talk, text, and/or data that you select when you pay for your month’s service. Your base plan is valid through the end of your billing cycle and does not include any top-ups.

All base plans operate on a 30-day billing cycle. For example, your base plan purchased on January 1 will expire on January 31st, at which point you can renew for another 30 days with either the same plan or a different one.

Can I change my base plan during the middle of the month?

Yes, you can change your base plan in the middle of the month. Also, you can top-up additional talk, text, and data if needed. The remaining balance from Top Ups will roll over to the next cycle as per the rollover policy.

You can change the base plan for the current month by following this guide. Once you have paid for the plan from your dashboard, you can reach out to us and we will kick in the plan from our end.
