Easily set up Autopay for your phone bill

If you’d like us to automatically renew your current plan every billing period, we can take care of that for you. No interruptions, no logging in every month, just seamless service!

Set up Autopay

  1. Log in to your US Mobile account
  2. From the Dashboard menu, select Individual Lines
  3. Choose the line you’d like to activate Autopay for

  1. Scroll down to the 'Billing' section and select "Enable AutoPay"

 

  1. Turn the switch from an x to a  ✓ and ensure the display says AUTOPAY ON
  1. Choose SAVE and you’re good to go!

Apply Autopay at checkout

  1. From Check out, find the Autopay option section
  2. Turn the switch from an X to a  ✓ and ensure the display says Autopay ON in blue text
  3. Choose Confirm and Activate and enjoy your new plan!

Turn Autopay off

  1. Log in to your US Mobile account
  2. From the Dashboard menu, select Individual Lines
  3. Choose the line you want to disable Autopay for

  1. Scroll down to the 'Billing' section and select "Manage AutoPay"

  1. Turn the switch from an ✓ to a x

  1. Select "Turn OFF AutoPay"

Snooze your cell plan

If you need to deactivate your service for a while without losing your phone number, account, and all your settings, you can easily snooze your service.

  1. Login to your US Mobile account
  2. From the Dashboard menu, select Individual Lines
  3. Choose the line you’d like to snooze

  1. Select "Snooze Line" under Line Settings

  1. Review and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy
  2. Select Snooze my line

And just like that, we’ll keep your phone number safe while you’re gone!
