Note: US Mobile provides two SIM cards, GSM LTE (White SIM Card) and Warp 5G (Black SIM Card). We recommend to choose network according to the coverage in your area. You can check which network works best for you by putting in the zip code here

After you check which network works the best for you, please double check if your Google Pixel phone is compatible.

Warp 5G

If your unlocked Google Pixel phone has VoLTE and no network restrictions on it, it should be compatible.

GSM LTE

With GSM LTE, most unlocked Google Pixel phones are compatible.

Here are some useful instructions for your device - Google Pixel:

How to turn Data Roaming off

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings > Network & internet > Mobile Network.
  3. Tap Roaming to turn it off Off (if its On).
    If Data roaming is switched off, the switch will be greyed out.
    If your mobile data is turned off, the switch will be greyed out as well, and you won't be able to move the switch.

How to Change the Network Mode

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings > Network & internet > Mobile Network.
  3. Tap Preferred network type.

How to enable VoLTE

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings > Network & internet > Mobile Network.
  3. Tap the Advanced Calling switch to turn it On (if its Off).

How to Check if you have Wi-Fi turned off and cellular data turned on

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi: Pull down the notification tray by sliding your finger down from the top of the screen, then tap the Wi-Fi toggle. Alternatively, you can tap Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off from there.
  2. Turn on Mobile Data: Pull down the notification tray by sliding your finger down from the top of the screen, then tap the Mobile Data toggle. Alternatively you can tap Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network, tap the Mobile data switch here to turn it on.

How to Update the APN

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up twice to view your apps.
  2. Tap Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network.
  3. Tap Advanced > Access Point Names.
  4. Tap the menu button (usually 3 stacked dots) to view options or tap ADD or + to add an APN.

How to Manually search for network

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Network & internet > Advanced.
  3. Scroll to and touch Automatically select network.
  4. Wait while the phone searches for networks.
  5. The available networks will be listed.
  6. Choose US Mobile from the options to connect.

How to Turn OFF Wi-Fi calling

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Advanced.
    For some Google Pixel phones you can try to Navigate: Phone icon> Menu > Settings > Calls.
  3. Tap Wi-Fi Calling , then tap the switch to turn Wi-Fi Calling off (if its on).

How to Turn OFF Call forwarding

Option 1:

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap Menu icon with three dots.
  3. Tap Settings > Calls > Call forwarding.
  4. Select from one of the following:
    • Always forward
    • When busy
    • When unanswered
    • When unreachable
  5. Tap Turn off for them.

Option 2:

  1. Dial ##004# to turn off conditional call forwarding.
  2. Dial *73 to cancel call forwarding.

How to Turn ON Call Waiting

  1. Press the Phone icon.
  2. Press the Menu icon.
  3. Press Settings.
  4. Press Calls.
  5. Press Additional Settings.
  6. Press the indicator next to "Call waiting" to turn the function On.

How to check the number entered for SMS center

Go to Messages > Menu button > Settings > More Settings/Advanced >Text messages > SMS Service Center.

How to Make sure MMS / Group Messaging both are turned ON

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Tap Messages.
  3. Tap the Menu icon (upper-right).
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Tap Advanced.
  6. Tap Auto-download MMS to turn it On (if its Off).

How to Setup Hotspot

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering.
  3. Tap Wi-Fi hotspot then tap to turn on Switch On icon.
  4. From the Wi-Fi hotspot screen, set up the following.
    Hotspot name
    Security : WPA2-Personal / None
    Note If presented with a Warning screen, tap Continue.
    Password
    Note Password can be changed.
    Select AP Band : 2.4 GHz Band / 5.0 GHz Band
  5. Tap Advanced.
    Tap 'Turn off hotspot automatically' to turn on Switch On icon or off Switch off icon.

How to Setup Visual Voicemail

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Phone icon > Menu icon > Settings.
    Note: If not available, swipe up to display all apps then tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap Voicemail.
    Note: If unavailable, tap Call Settings > Voicemail.
  3. Tap the Visual Voicemail switch to turn it On (if its Off).
    Note: If unavailable, tap Notifications.
