Unauthorized Device - Customer language

Question: Why was my line discontinued (if flag in Admin is “Unauthorized_Device”)

Answer: You are using a device, which conflicts with our Terms and Conditions, which clearly states: You are prohibited from using a US Mobile SIM Card with any device other than a basic phone, smartphone, or tablet device to access our Data Services.

We have subsequently discontinued service on the device. Please reach out to us if you have any questions at either compliance@usmobile.com or ports@usmobile.com if you are looking to port your device.

Be firm with these users. We have reviewed every model being hotlined, and we have determined that they are not smartphones or tablet.
