How to find a pooled plan?

There are multiple ways to find a pool on Admin Portal.

  1. Go to 'Subscriber' and choose 'List Data Pools' from the menu.
  2. In the next window, search using 'Pool name or subscriber'.
  3. You can also go to the View pool from the subscriber page under 'Pools'.
  4. It can also be accessed from the sim page under Current Services.
How to create a pooled plan?
  1. Open the subscriber page and scroll down to the "Create Pool" button.
  2. Click on the "Create Pool" button.
  3. Enter the relevant information and press the "Submit" button.

How to add a line to a pooled plan?
  1. Click on the "Add Line" button on the pooled plan page.
What's the process to remove a line from the pooled plan?
  1. To remove a line in Admin Portal, go to View Pool.
  2. Select the line you want to remove, and press Remove Line.
  3. It will open a confirmation.
How to remove a line from a pooled plan and add on another pooled plan on the same account?
  1. To remove a line in Admin Portal, go to View Pool.
  2. Select the line you want to remove, and press Remove Line.
  3. It will open a confirmation.
  4. Click on the "Add Line" button on the other pooled plan page and confirm.

How could we remove a line from one pooled plan and transfer it to another account?
  1. Remove line from pool.
  2. Change subscriber ownership of that MDN.
How to add a Top Up on the Pooled Plan?
  1. To add a Top Up in Admin Portal, go to View Pool.
  2. Click on 'Add Top Up' button.
    A window will pop up as shown below:
  3. Enter the size of data Top up in the box marked 1.
  4. The box marked 2 will give an automatically calculated price for the size of data you enter.
  5. Box marked 3 gives you an option to override the automatically calculated price and to charge the amount you want (in case you want to give him complimentary data).

Note: Data will not rollover, and will expire with the current base plan.

How to modify cycle date for plan renewal?
  1. Click on the 'Change Cycle' option.
  2. Add the new cycle date in the exact same format, and click on 'submit'.

Note: No need to get the cycle extended from RSSX. Changes from here should do the trick.

How to snooze line(s) in the pool?
  1. To snooze line(s) in Admin Portal, go to View Pool.
  2. Select the line you want to snooze, and press Snooze Line.
  3. A window will pop up showing the total charge ($2.98 per line). Press submit to confirm.

Note: This change will take place after the current cycle. Customer won't be charged access fee for the lines snoozed from the next cycle.

How to Edit a Pool Name?
  1. From the specific pool page, click on the "Edit Name" Tab to Edit a Pool Name.

Note: It is recommended to have sensitive information changed by the customer from their end.

How to change the Status of a Pool?
  1. To change the status of a pool, click on the "Change Status" Tab on the pool page.
  2. Click on "Snooze", if a customer wants to end the pooled plan at the end of the cycle/does not want to pool to renew.
  3. Click on "Deactivate", if a customer wants to end the pooled plan right away.
How to change the credit card/payment details of a pooled plan?
  1. From the pool page, Click on the "Modify Credit Card" button.
  2. Modify the details as per need.

Note: It is recommended to have sensitive information changed by the customer from their end.

How to change the base plan of a pooled plan?
  1. From the pool page, click on the "Change base plan" button.

Note: The change will take place from the next billing cycle. It will NOT take place immediately.

How to set a custom pool price of a pooled plan?
  1. From the pool page, click on the "Set Custom Pool Price" button.

How to Sync Lines in a Pooled Plan?
  1. To Sync a line in Admin Portal, go to the Subscriber page and sync all the lines collectively, or go to sim page and sync each line individually.

Note: 'Sync these lines' option in View pool under 'Actions' does NOT work.

How to check the Pool Orders of a Pooled Plan?
  1. Scroll down to the Information titled as "Pool Orders" on Pool Page in the Admin Portal.
How to check the Audit Log of a Pooled Plan?
  1. Scroll down to the Information titled as "Audit Log" on Pool Page in the Admin Portal.

Disclaimer

The only options that work under 'Actions' in View pool are 'Snooze lines' and 'Remove from pool'. Other options don't work right now.
