Customers with more than one line may ask you to sync their billing dates. To do so, you can review expiration dates of all the lines, and recommend the closest possible date to all the lines.

How to move the expiration date ahead?

You can move the expiration dates ahead without any Tier 2/Tier 3 involvement by simply overriding the expiration date from Admin Portal.

If however, you don't have access to the button: 'Manual Override", you can ask any of the senior team members for it.

Super LTE

  1. Click on 'Manual Override'.
  2. Enter the new expiration date as agreed upon by the customer.
  3. Leave a comment on Admin Portal explaining the date change.

GSM LTE

  1. Click on 'Manual Override'.
  2. Enter the new expiration date as agreed upon by the customer.
  3. Leave a comment on Admin Portal explaining the date change.

How to extend the expiration date?

Extending the expiration date is slightly complicated than moving the date ahead of time. But in order to sync the billing dates or if the customer asks for an extension, you would have to:

Super LTE

Tag 'Saif' in a comment under the front conversation with the following format or reach out to Najib for expiration day expiration from Backend:

Reason for extension:

New Expiration Date:

GSM LTE

For the GSM LTE line, we need to extend expiration dates through Anydesk (Vcare). If however, you don't have Anydesk (Vcare) access. Any TL or team member with Anydesk access can do it for you.
