What are Perks?

Perks(Benefits) are the Music/Video streaming and Gaming services US Mobile provides customers having 3 or more lines on the Unlimited All Plan. Customers can view the list of perks offered by us here.

To be eligible for the Perks, The customer needs to have 3 or more lines on Unlimited All Plan with AutoPay on.

Below is the list of perks US Mobile offers:

Customers should verify chosen subscriptions each month and we’ll apply a service credit equal to the subscription fee towards next month of service with Autopay on the line that earned them a perk.
Service credit for perks may not be combined with other offers, rewards, or discounts.

How many perks can a customer get on Unlimited All Plan?

For the Perks, the customers need to have 3 or more lines on Unlimited All Plan with AutoPay on. For 3 lines on Unlimited All Plan with AutoPay on, customers can get 1 Perk. For 4 or more lines on Unlimited All Plan with AutoPay on, customers will get 2 Perks. A customer can get a maximum of 2 Perks only.

How can a customer get a perk?

Verify your chosen subscriptions each month and we’ll apply a service credit equal to the subscription fee towards your next month of service with Autopay on the line that earned your perk. Service credit for perks may not be combined with other offers, rewards, or discounts.

Customers will first need to buy the subscription of their choice themselves and they will need to verify subscriptions each month by sending receipts showing a billing period that matches the current month date.

Receipts should be sent to verification@usmobile.com and in the subject, they should mention the number they need the service credit to be applied to.

Will you guys be sending us(customers) reminder emails or any notification to send the perks receipt?

Unfortunately no, we do not send automated email reminders related to perks yet, but it is in the pipeline and will soon be available.

What is a Receipt/Invoice?

A Receipt/Invoice is the proof of payment that you need to submit for getting the perks mentioned on our website in the perks section (https://www.usmobile.com/unlimited-plan-perks) For Example: If you bought a Netflix standard account, you will need to share the proof of payment with us on verification@usmobile.com so that we could approve and apply the service credit on your account.

I thought the Perk was for one line on Unlimited All plan with AutoPay ON, I need my payment back!

Get the customer to understand how the family plan and perks work, try to offer the customer an activation code so that he can activate more lines with discount (if they agree) in order to make them stay with us. 

Is Disney Plus - Hulu - ESPN Plus one perk?

Yes, this is one perk and it comes in a package.

Can I get more than 2 perks if I have more than 4 lines on Unlimited All?

Unfortunately no, we are only offering a maximum of 2 perks to be availed on 4 or 4+ lines with Unlimited All plan.

Can I use the Premium Service and avail perk for it (service credit)?

Yes, you can definitely get the premium service and share the receipt/invoice with us, and we will be adding service credit according to the standard service rate of that perk. Customers can also upgrade to the higher tiers, but the additional monthly cost will not be covered.

I have 3 lines on Unlimited Bundle plans, why can I not avail the perks?

We are currently offering perks only on the Unlimited All plan which offers everything Unlimited with the AutoPay ON, and it is a must criteria in order to be eligible for the perks discount. 

What should I include in the email as a proof of purchase and to avail the perks discount?

Send email to: verification@usmobile.com
-Subject line: Name of perk service (like "NETFLIX") and "your US Mobile phone number"
-Attach your receipt.

Your receipt must show the account holder’s name, and a billing period that matches the current month date.

When will the service credit be added to my account and which billing period?

After we’ve received and verified your subscription, we’ll apply the corresponding service credit towards your next month of service on the line that earned your perk.

Can I use service credit for perks for top-ups/sim card/activations?

Service credit will only apply to future Autopay orders. They will not be applicable to activation orders, line restoration orders, top ups, phones, SIMs, Starter Kits, or any other type of orders.

PSS Questions

How will a customer get a discount for the perk?

The TLs will apply the promocode of the perk on their line on the Admin Portal. They will receive a discount equal to the subscription fee and it will be reflected on their line on the next month's AutoPay payment.

Which line will the customer get a perk discount on?

When the customer emails us the receipt at verification@usmobile.com, they will have to mention the line in the subject they want the promocode to be applied on.

Is AutoPay required to avail the perks?

Yes, the AutoPay must be turned on to avail the discount through a promocode.

Will the existing users get the perks of new lines only?

Anyone with 3 or more lines on Unlimited All Plans are eligible for Perks.

Is the customer eligible for Perks on Unlimited Bundles?

No, Perks are only applicable for customers having 3 or more lines on Unlimited All Plan and not the unlimited bundles

Are there any perks for fifth line and beyond?

There are only 2 Perks offered. For 3 lines on Unlimited All Plan, customers get 1 Perk. For 4 or more lines on Unlimited All Plan, customers gets 2 Perks.

Customer already has promo applied on all lines, could customer also get perks?

"Service credit for perks may not be combined with other offers, rewards, or discounts." Refer customer to the Perks Terms here. (Scroll below, you'll find an answer to this under Frequently Asked Questions in the question 'How does this work?')

Can the customer upgrade to higher tiers of subscription? For example: Can the customer get Netflix Premium?

Yes, they can. But the additional cost will not be covered. For example: Customers can get Netflix Premium but the service credit will only cover Netflix Standard.

Where can the discount (Service Credit) be used?

The discount can be applied on future AutoPay orders. They can't be applied on Activation, Plan Renewal, Top ups, Starter kits, or any other type of order.
