Customers may ask about our terms and conditions and where are they listed. Before we share the terms and conditions, we can ask them for the concerned area and guide them accordingly.

Terms & Conditions

Do these Terms and Conditions apply to me?

Yes, these Terms of Services apply to all our services including rates, features, and terms related to the call minutes, text messages, and Internet data you use.

Can you guarantee 100% service & coverage?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to guarantee that a device (not provided by US Mobile or its affiliates) will be able to access and use the Services you have purchased. Similarly, for coverage purposes. We do not warrant or guarantee that service will be available at any specific time or geographic location, or that service will be provided without interruption

Do not guarantee 100% coverage upon inquiry. There are gaps in coverage within our estimated coverage areas that, along with other factors both within and beyond our control, may result in service interruptions, slower data speeds, or lower quality of service. You should never rely solely on your mobile phone for emergency calls, including 911.
Suspension or termination

Customers can ask, what may be the consequences if they go against either of the terms and conditions. Although it depends on the extent of the violation, we can let them know that:

We reserve the right to issue a warning and to suspend or terminate your service and access to the website or any other website we operate or to our service at any time if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated the Terms of Service or any of our rules or policies or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
Reasonable Use Policy

Customers can ask specific questions about data usage, caps, and speeds. Make sure to follow this guide and act accordingly. Although reasonable use depends on a case-to-case basis. Do let the customers know that the following is completely impermissible under US Mobile's terms of service and considered outside of normal use:

Acceptable use

Same as reasonable use policy, you can identify acceptable and unacceptable use on US Mobile's end by referring to the terms and conditions. You can clearly identify unacceptable usages such as child pornography or unlawful content in general.

Please be careful with the language and make sure to refer to terms and conditions, to check the exact language and legalities as per terms and conditions.
Porting numbers

If customers inquire about the porting process, make sure to let them know the authorized protocols for porting. Additionally, notify them with the following:

US Mobile may require you to enter your current account's password before US Mobile can initiate a port request and obtain a Confirmed Port Date.

How long does it take to port my number?

The Confirmed Port Date will be established pursuant to industry and any applicable regulatory standards; however, since the time required to port number(s) will be affected by the accuracy of information provided to US Mobile by you, as well as the actions of your pre-existing voice provider, US Mobile makes no assurances regarding the time required to port any number(s).

Even if customers insist on a firm timeline, you can quote a timeline between 24 to 48 hours after consultation with the Porting team.

With each aspect of the terms and conditions, make sure to ask the customer about their exact question and what do they want to know from the terms and conditions. If they (customers) are insisting on any firm timeline or specific limit, make sure to review relevant guides and consult with a team lead.

If customers come up with a screenshot or any sharable link of our terms. Make sure to let them know that the Terms and Conditions present on our website are final.

These Terms of Service, together with any attachments referenced in these Terms of Service, including, without limitation, the terms of any applicable service plan, the acceptable use policy posted at, or any other addenda entered into from time to time, each of which is incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire understanding between you and US Mobile. You are not relying on any affirmation of fact, description, or promise from (or purported to be from) any person or entity, nor any other oral or written representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these Terms of Service.
