Can I change my phone number if I don't like it?

Yes, you can change your number on both our GSM LTE and Super LTE networks. We can do it for you from our end as a one-time courtesy. However, you should know that: 

  • The new number will be assigned randomly, with an area code pertaining to the ZIP code specified. Since one ZIP code can contain multiple area codes, we also cannot guarantee that your new number will have the specific area code you wish to have.
  • The process is irreversible, meaning you will not be able to get back your previous number if you change your mind!
  • If you're changing your number on account of spam calls or texts, we cannot guarantee that a new number will fix that issue.

If you accept and agree to the above, reach out to us via chat, or call, and request a new number. This cannot be done over email as it requires a time-sensitive OTP (One Time Passcode) to be sent to the registered email, which will need to be shared with us to complete the process. We will let you know as soon as the change has taken effect, at which point you should restart your phone for the new number to start working!
