Updating eSIM APN Settings
In most cases, APNs should auto-configure when an eSIM SIM is installed. Sometimes you may have to update it yourself if you notice that data is not working. Here are the steps:
- Go to Settings
- Cellular Data (Mobile Data)
- Choose your eSIM plan
- Cellular Data Network (Mobile Data Network)
- Update the APN under Cellular Data. You can find the APN setting for your destination country below:
- For Apple devices set the APN to globaldata
- For non-Apple devices find the APN setting for your destination country below.
- Other APN fields are optional.
