My Caller ID is incorrect

If people report seeing someone else's name on their phone when you call them, it might be that your Caller ID is incorrect. This can happen if the number you were assigned at activation originally belonged to somebody else.

What to do if you want to get your Caller ID changed?

Just drop an email at with the below information and we'll change the Caller ID:

  • Current Caller ID
  • Your phone number
  • Any phone number you call that shows the incorrect Caller ID

Your request will be forwarded to the concerned department and within 3 business days your Caller ID will be reset to Wireless Caller.

Due to certain limitations we're presently unable to assign specific names to phone numbers, but the people who have you in their contacts list will still see your name when you call.
