How does the Risk-free trial work?

For all NEW SIM card activations, under the risk-free trial, if you're not satisfied with the service, you can get a full refund within 14 days and before the following has been used up:

  • 1000 minutes
  • 1000 texts
  • 1000 MB

The risk-free trial is NOT available for short-term tourists or users with billing addresses from outside the US. SIM card and shipping fees are NON-refundable.

Please note that the risk-free trial still requires customers to pay to activate their plan. It is NOT a FREE 14-day trial.
