How do I update my US Mobile account password?

We ask existing customers to update their passwords at least once a year. If your password meets our security requirements and has been updated at least once in the last 365 days you may not see any of the reminders below. You also may not be able to see it until the other security suggestions actions like verifying your account, setting up two-factor authentication (2FA), and setting up Security Questions have been applied.

To update your password follow these steps

  1. Sign in to your US Mobile account.
  2. On the dashboard, you will be prompted to update your password. You can also go to the Settings page, scroll down to the Security section and follow the same steps.
  3. Click on UPDATE MY PASSWORD.
  4. On the next form, type in your current password and the new password. The new password must meet the following requirements:
    1. Have at least 8 characters
    2. Use at least one UPPER CASE and one lower case letter
    3. Use at least one number
    4. Use at least one special character: ~`! @#$%^&*()_+={[}]|\:;"'<,>
